Digital Products (Courses, PDFs, Guides)

All sales of digital products, including online courses, PDF guides, and downloadable resources, are final. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

However, if you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist in resolving the problem.

Services (Coaching, Web Hosting, Consulting)

For services such as coaching, web hosting, or consulting, refunds may be available depending on the circumstances:

  • Coaching Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund. If a session is canceled after this window, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Web Hosting Services: As a reseller of GoDaddy, our web hosting services are subject to GoDaddy’s refund policies. Please review GoDaddy’s Refund Policy for full details. Typically, refunds for hosting services are available within the first 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

  • Consulting Services: If you are not satisfied with the initial consultation, a full refund may be provided. After the consultation, no refunds will be available for ongoing work.
